The flowful collective
Inspired by nature

We go beyond sustainability and develop solutions for the questions of tomorrow.

With nature, or at least inspired by the wisdom of nature, we develop strategies, design resilient (eco)systems and support organisations and individuals to become part of the collective change and hence change agents. We combine business knowledge, project management tools, nature experiences, social science results and the power of visualisation in a holistic methodological approach.

Earth Care (mindful interaction with nature), People Care (mindful interaction with people) and Fair Share ( fair distribution of resources) are the three main pillars of permaculture, and they serve as our universal compass for every project. The sources of our inspiration are, as in permaculture, indigenous knowledge, knowledge of nature and technological progress.

Fanny Didou

I am a visual harvester and graphic facilitator. I founded "Sketching The Move" in order to support dialogue and help organizations through a universal language: drawing. I worked with more than 40 organizations and helped them to deal with complexity in dialogue.

I have a master's degree in political sciences and sustainability, from Sciences Po Rennes and Universidad Autonoma de Barcelona. Sustainability has always been a key driver in the projects I am involved in. I am passionate about people and communities who want to make a difference for a more fair and sustainable world! I am currently based in Catalunya, Spain.

Karla Franielczyk

I find passion and flow in my love and gratitude for Mother Earth and all her beings. That is the foundation of my life and all my work, may it be in the gardens, on the land, in community, or as a graphic designer.

After studying Arts and Culture and a short attendance in corporate life and the art scene itself, I figured out that this system isn’t for me. Always attracted by nature, I deepened my connection with Mother Earth, became a vegan, a yoga teacher, did my Permaculture Design Course at the Panya Project in Thailand, and started living in community. After living in and visiting several communities, I realized the immense power of community living and strongly believe that community living (in whatever way and with all its challenges) is key for a happy life and a sustainable future.

My strength is observing and figuring out patterns – both particularly important aspects of permaculture. The systems thinking approach of permaculture attracted me right away and I am learning and understanding more and more every day in the gardens and in my day-to-day life.

I am now a permaculture gardener and natural builder with a focus on soil and ecosystem restoration. I have put my passion into a forest restoration project in South Africa, established a tree nursery in Thailand, and been involved in the first draft of the Soil4Life manifesto - a call to action to recognize the role that healthy soils play in our ecosystems and that soil needs to be protected and restored. Furthermore, I like to spread the word and have been involved in several permaculture and ecology courses and workshops.

For several years now, I combine my passion for aesthetics, patterns, equality, and sustainability, in the form of graphic design and have been supporting NGOs, organizations, and communities with everything from flyers to brochures, or annual reports and logos.

Lars Blume

I am a strategic & out-of-the-box thinker, strongly driven, and motivated by supporting the establishment of regenerative ecosystems and sustainable social- and business ideas. Whatever I do I do to empower people and structures to support the healing of our beautiful planet.

Permaculture Design showed me the way to combine my professional business skills with my love for mother earth. Since then, I have been doing strategic impact communication & permaculture design as well as business consulting on a global level with a focus on regenerative pioneer projects and NGOs.

My strength is to sense cooperation and potential where others see competition and risk. You have a dream, vision, idea, or land you want to transform into a serving unit for social justice or regeneration of nature. I am happy to work with your ideas and empower your own strength to get it turned into reality while taking the needs of mother earth into account.

In Vietnam, I supported the strategic process of organically growing an NGO into the main think tank for sustainable energy development. Tired of busy city life, I afterward lived at Gaia Ashram a permaculture community, and supported the process of establishing Gaia Ashram as an alternative learning center in Thailand. Back in Europe I worked with local NGOs on urban resilience and co-created edible streets, community gardens together with neighborhoods and showcased the ongoing transformation in sustainable city tours and in the format of a solidarity city(map) in Hanover, Germany. In Portugal, I went back to silence and focused on inner growth and transformation, and rediscovered my passion for silence. What I love most is facilitating any kind of permaculture workshop and boosting my own energy level by organizing Permaculture Design Courses.

Robert Starte

I am a visionary, compassionate lover of social and ecological landscapes, who loves to garden and develop ideas for sustainable projects. Curious about ecovillages and with the idea of starting an Eco-Hostel, I went to Thailand to intern in a similar place and ended up on a PDC in rural Thailand instead. There holistic concepts like food forests, Whole-Systems Design, and the Pattern Language caught my interest and led me into a 1-year Ecovillage Design programme, combining my interests of social justice, anthropology, and love for ecosystems. The co-creation of a holistic design for a sustainable camping ground in central Germany laid the cornerstone of my present life.

With my diverse expertise in socio-cultural sciences, regenerative landscape & community design I am now a practitioner in environmental education and regenerative landscape design, using tools and concepts from Permaculture Design and Agroforestry to Ecosystem Assessment and Landscape Modelling. Being also a peoples person, I love facilitating participatory (design) processes, to ensure all voices - from mother earth to the baby in the cradle - are heard.

Believing in the power of collective visioning and the immanent potentials for the beauty of each person, my vision is a world of self-organized socially and ecologically resilient communities with the motto “By the people for the people.”. One vision of this is edible and eco-friendly places for children.
